City Airport Bremen has attractive commercial and office space available for you in all terminals.

These are office, retail and catering areas that can be custom-fit to suit customers’ specific requirements. Due to the current optimisation of available space, we can also offer areas in the main foyer.

New retail and catering areas are currently being planned in Terminal E (Ryanair). These are located in the public area of the terminal and will be approximately 100 m² in area. In the outer frame of Terminal E, we are currently creating new sales premises with a total area of about 300m², with additional adjacent storage rooms. These premises will be launched on the market in the near future.

City Airport Bremen also has additional areas available in buildings other than the main terminals.
Office premises are offered by City Airport Bremen in its own headquarters building, among others. Approximately 450 m² of prime penthouse space will be available soon. There are also some entire storeys of office space amounting in total to 1500m² (3x500). These areas, too, can be sized to requirements. Parking spaces for tenants and their customers are available in the neighbouring P1 car park; buildings are designed so that you can get from your parking space to your office in one minute, while remaining protected from the weather).

Unbuilt areas in the airport district also mean areas are available for inward investment by retailing and catering enterprises. Depending on the location and layout, areas of between 100m² and 1.600m² can be designated for use.
